After months of understating and referring historical books and links which tutored us on the eras of what Goa really is; far from its beaches or its party atmosphere or even for that matter, the influence of Portuguese culture in that part of India, to create a menu which gives the edge over its cultural influences and the exotic produces which arrived at its shores all through its life span, Goa is quite a Mystery,

Starting from the Saraswat Brahmins BC to the present day Russians, Goa tends to give us the edge to introspect ideas and to be eclectic, The menu is a break down of eras, Off-course its hard to compress it into 10 courses.

With glimpses on the local produces, elevating it with techniques which fascinates the senses, The menu has the substance to shed light on the very story of what Goa is and has been all this while, Oysters, Figs, Bimbli, Chooriz, Guava Cheese just to name a few of the ingredients which plays an integral part of its cuisine.
